How much do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping fee for orders from our Goodbye Sale is collected on delivery only. We only ship to Hong Kong addresses via SF Express only during the sale period. 

Courier services via SF Express are available for self pick-up, including SF Stores, Services Centres and EF lockers. You may input the pick-up point code in the address blank. 


When should I expect my order? 

Due to an expected large quantity of orders, please expect longer processing time for your order. All orders will be shipped latest by end August. You should expect your order to arrive 1-2 working days after it has been dispatched.


Do you offer any exchanges or refund?

All sale items are not eligible for exchange. We will offer a full refund only for any defective items, exclusive of the shipping fee. Please whatsapp us at 90758859 if you wish to apply for a refund.
